What we’re about.

We love music. Anything with a good bpm that gets us dancing or nodding our head.

We love house, drum 'n bass, techno, dub step, broken beat and more.

Of course we are lovers of true hip-hop. Whether it's an indie and 'conscious' joint, or funk-inspired boom bap, even hard and grimy, if it speaks to us, we're listening.

Our roots are planted in the Midwest; Ohio's stamped as "the Heart of it All."

If there are few names you recognize in our feature interviews, there's reason for that. It's local and regional DJs, producers and artists who we feel deserve some recognition, and other indie culture mags don't cover.

After our first print issue in March 2003 and three subsequent print issues, we're glad you've followed us to the Web. Even if you're just now discovering us, we hope you'll stick around.
